Maxam Tire North America – Marketing Specialist

Position Reporting to:  Brand Manager

Summary/Objective

Maxam Tire, a subsidiary of the Sailun Group, is a global manufacturer and distributor of specialty off-the-road tires.

This position is integral in aiding in the creation and coordination of marketing campaigns, developing content strategy, and enhancing content promotion The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction market and be adept in various digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in managing and generating multi-channel content creation and diverse marketing assets, including but not limited to articles, presentations, email campaigns, digital flyers, social media, videos, etc., Produce and help generate content and strategy for social media channels to drive leads and elevate brand positioning and market value.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Assist with tradeshows and large-scale events. This includes creating marketing campaigns to generate leads and elevate brand visibility, overseeing logistical aspects and arrangements from small tasks to larger needs (when needed), and strategizing and creating lead-nurturing post-show campaigns to support and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to strategize with sales and execute customer-oriented campaigns, effectively strengthening customer relations and reinforcing value proposition.
  • Conceptualize and implement strategies and content development for product launches by working closely with the Brand Manager on execution and timeline. Create marketing campaigns and visuals to increase momentum and generate leads. Work with external vendors for the development of marketing collateral.

Travel

  • Some traveling is required domestically for events.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Creative Cloud Suite including Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading and design skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally.
  • Self-directed, strong sense of initiative, ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent organization skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience.

Three to four (2-4) years of related experience in a Marketing role with demonstrated success.
