A solvent liquifies crushed rubber to ensure a uniform solution.

Silica broken down into nanometers

Silica is being premixed with a solvent and broken down into the size of nanometers, maximizing its ability to mix with the liquified rubber solution.

“Liquid Gold” mixing

Both the liquified rubber solution and silica are mixed instantaneously through a structured nozzle at high pressure.

The silica and the polymers are then fully dispersed and bonded together by this chemical reaction.
