MAXAM Tire Debuts Its Latest EcoPoint3 Innovations at the 2023 PROMAT

Showcasing MAXAM’s industrial innovations at booth S5123

March 7th, 2023, DANVERS, MA – MAXAM Tire North America will be debuting its latest EcoPoint3 industrial innovations at the 2023 PROMAT in Chicago, Illinois, March 20th to 23rd, booth #S5123. Visitors will explore MAXAM’s liquid-phase mixing technology and solutions that truly differentiate MAXAM Tire from its competitors. The company will display its latest high-performance series, the MS600 press-on solid and MS700 solid resilient, along with other industrial products that aim to simplify productivity for operations globally.

One of the show highlights includes MAXAM’s high-performance press-on solid, the MS600, recently introduced as MAXAM’s first product line that incorporates the revolutionary EcoPoint3 patented compounding technology. Manufactured at the company’s fully owned, state-of-the-art solid tire factory, the MS600 is produced at the highest standard. By encompassing the liquid-phase mixing technology, the product tackles the challenges of rolling, skid, and wear resistance with ease. Featuring a unique five-degree sidewall taper, the MS600 has one of the widest tread widths in the industry, delivering maximum stability, grip, and tire life. The unparalleled skid, wear, and rolling resistance provide a stronger, safer, and more energy-efficient tire.

“We look forward to educating customers on the MAXAM advantage and groundbreaking compounding technology for the material handling industry at PROMAT,” says Robbie Gilliss, Material Handling Segment Manager of MAXAM Tire North America. “The EcoPoint3 compound elevates the organization to a new level of global competitiveness. Compared to conventional carbon black dry mixing, the liquid-phase mixing allows MAXAM’s latest high-performance series to contain less inert filler, higher ratios of stress at elongation, and minimal proportions of impurities, resulting in unmatched performance and value.”

In addition to the MS600, the company will also display the MS700 solid resilient, a high-performance series encompassing the EcoPoint3 compound. Similar to the MS600 press-on, the MS700 boasts unrivaled performance and productivity. Incorporating a superior center compound with unmatched heat resistance and shock absorption, the MS700 is ideal for the most demanding industrial applications that require maximum lifting capabilities. Designed with a distinctive tread pattern and smooth centerline, this product yields an optimal combination of traction and tread life while enhancing steering and preventing chunking in aggressive applications.

“By showcasing both our high-performance series that incorporates the EcoPoint3 compounding, we aim to provide the industrial industry with solutions that simplify and streamline their productivity. It’s our objective to deliver unmatched performance and value to the market, reiterating that we are not just a tire company, we’re a true business solutions provider,” says Jimmy McDonnell, VP of Sales and Marketing of MAXAM Tire North America.

Using the opportunity at one of the largest industrial shows, MAXAM hopes to highlight its commitment to innovating new programs that simplify productivity for operations globally. By investing heavily in its solid industrial tires, MAXAM Tire continues to bring only the most comprehensive global solutions that continue to exceed expectations.
