Danvers, MA – February 26th, 2026 – MAXAM Tire is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Appleby to National Account Sales Director, effective immediately. In this role, Appleby will lead Maxam’s national account strategy across North America, focusing on accelerating growth, deepening dealer partnerships, and delivering value-driven solutions to our customers.
Appleby brings more than two decades of experience in the commercial tire industry to his new role. Prior to joining Maxam in August 2024, he spent 24 years with Goodyear, building a career that
Over the following 13 years, Appleby held leadership roles including Sales Manager, Center and Retread Plant Manager, and District Manager for the Northwest region, while also serving as the point person for Goodyear’s national account business in the Pacific Northwest. His career at Goodyear was marked by consistent performance and recognition, including multiple Ring of Honor sales awards and leadership of the highest-volume company-owned center in the nation.
Since Joining Maxam as National Account Manager for the Northwest, Appleby has made an immediate impact. He has driven year-over-year territory growth while strengthening relationships through in-depth site studies, equipment surveys, and hands-on training with dealer sales teams. His ability to combine strategic account leadership with on-the-ground support has played a key role in expanding Maxam’s national account footprint.
