AN UPDATE FROM MAXAM ON COVID-19
Operations and Protocols Update
First and foremost, we hope you and your family are healthy and safe. As we closely monitor the Coronavirus pandemic, we like to provide you an update on the status of our organization.
We are happy to share that on Monday, June 1st, 2020, MAXAM will be entering phase one of our reopening plan. All sales representatives are available to start scheduling meetings with customers, traveling by vehicle only. All social distancing protocols will be followed along with all City/Municipality requirements and any overriding State regulations.
Please get in contact with your local representative to set up your meeting. In these difficult times, we look forward to servicing your needs and providing you with quality business solutions as we begin to reopen across America.
Below are a few actions MAXAM is taking to ensure our customers, staff & communities are safe:
- We are open for business including our manufacturing facilities and distribution centers. We’ve taken several proactive measures to address the challenges that COVID-19 brings to avoid any disruption to our services. We are working diligently to protect the health of all our team members and have increased our efforts to ensure the health and safety of our team globally.
- All sales representatives may visit local customers by appointment only. All social distancing protocols will be followed along with all City/Municipality requirements and any overriding State regulations. Please reach out to your local representative to set up your meeting.
- We are continuously adjusting the way we work and communicate in our facilities. Following guidelines of additional frequent daily cleaning, pre-planned shift protocols and reducing access inside our facilities.
- Our customer service team is readily available to service your needs. In order to facilitate the social distancing, this department is working remotely to ensure their safety. We will continue to provide the high level of service you have become accustomed to.
